This is s few minutes after we loaded the runner into our garage still wearing it's 20 year old coat of dirt from storage.

A dinger right in front of the taillight moulding but it didn't catch the casting and a spot of rust in the lower qyarter but a pretty clean find.

This was the view of the car that tipped off my wife to investigate it in the first place. How can you not love that face?

All the grille work and trim on the car is intact and with very little work to return it to new coondition.

A little greasy but the motor compartment is all complete as built over 35 years ago. I mean every nut, clip, bolt and bracket is there.

This is the left side after it's bath and it needs a little more work than the other side. A little more rust has settled into the quarter and a health sideswipe has pushed in the face pretty far. Well, we shall she how it comes out.

A clean passenger side reveals no supprises as it doesn't need much to make it clean again. Check out the full wheel covers and snow tires on the car. When was the last time you saw true bias-ply snow tires?

The fenders and doors are straight, rust-free and clean.

A good view of the sideswipe. I hope to be able to dolly out the dished in part and shrink the metal back into shape without too much trouble or ripples in the metal.

I love the look of a Roadrunner front. Even all the lights worked along with the "Beep-Beep" horn!
