Since it was time to sell the Charger I decided to have Valenti Classics near Milwaukee broker the car but we had to get it there. The car has not had a chance to be shaken out yet as the winter weather in Wisconsin doesn't allow for that. I saw that a day was going to be clear and sunny in Feb which is unusual, so we took advantage of the good fortune and had it transported to Valenti's on a flat bed. The moving crew did an outstanding job with no scratches or dings but I was a nervous wreck the whole time.

Since the car has not been to an alignment shop due to the weather we decided to have a service move it from the shop to Valenti Classics on a flatbed. When I spoke to the service regarding the type of car they would be moving they sent their best crew and this behemoth of a truck. Frankly when I saw this it scared the shit out of me that the Hemi would be traveling in such company but they seemed to know their stuff so onward and upwards as they say

With a stout strap wrapped in rags we attached the cable to the K-Frame and started up the ramp.

All was going well until the car started to hook to the left. I was nervous as a long tailed cat in a room of rockers....whatever the Hell that means.

The solution to the hooking thing was to put someone in the car. Well I was elected and it also gave me a chance to stab the brakes if something went wrong.

It was like a slow wheelie that never ended. Not having fun at this point!
